I’m a geospatial data analyst based in Toronto, with a background in HR analytics, large-scale data processing, and project management.
Before GIS, I worked with complex datasets — building compensation models for 300,000+ employees, leading annual budgeting cycles, designing Excel templates to streamline workflows, and delivering dashboards and reports to senior stakeholders. My background spans banking and tech across Ukraine, Russia, and Canada.
The move into GIS was deliberate. I wanted to add a spatial dimension to the analytical work I was already doing — to see not just what the data says, but where it happens and why that matters.
I earned GIS micro-credentials from Seneca College and Esri certifications while working full-time, and built a portfolio of end-to-end projects from field data collection to published StoryMaps and dashboards.
I bring PMP-certified project delivery, Agile experience (Scrum Master, backlog management, Jira/Confluence), and the ability to present technical findings to non-technical audiences. I speak English, Ukrainian, Russian, and basic French.
I’m looking for GIS Analyst roles in the Toronto area where analytical depth and structured delivery matter.
